Materials we can review
Wood, metal, acrylic, glass, and leatherette are common starting points for engraving. The finish, shape, coating, and usable surface still matter.

Bring your own item
Have a piece with meaning already in hand? We can review the material, talk through the artwork, and help you decide whether it is a good candidate for custom engraving.

A proof-led process
Every project starts with the material, design, quantity, and timing in view. You’ll approve a digital proof before production begins.
How it works
Basic engraving is included. Enhanced or full-surface work may incur an additional charge depending on the piece and artwork. We quote each project for its size, material, quantity, and design.
1. Share the item
Tell us what it is, what it is made from, and what you want engraved. Photos help us start the material conversation.
2. Approve the proof
You will see a digital proof and approve the design, spelling, placement, and artwork before production begins.
3. Pick up or ship
Choose pickup in Central Louisiana or shipping within the United States. Typical production is 3–14 business days, with no guaranteed dates.
Questions before you start
A few answers about materials, proof approval, project size, and delivery.
Not every surface is suitable. Wood, metal, acrylic, glass, and leatherette are common materials, but unknown or coated items may need a test piece and final approval.
If you are local, ask about drop-off or pickup in Central Louisiana. You can also contact us about sending the item and include clear photos, dimensions, and material details.
Yes. A digital proof is approved by you before production begins.
Yes. One-off pieces are welcome and there is no minimum order quantity.
Please do not send an irreplaceable or high-sentimental-value item that we cannot replace. We review the risk of the material and surface, but customer-provided items carry that limitation.
