Return Policy
At CarvingTree.art, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom products. Because many of our items are made to order, our return policy is as follows:
Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, engraved, or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, unless:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or
- There is an error on our part (incorrect engraving, wrong item, etc.)
Non-Custom Items
Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The item is returned in original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We will:
- Replace the item at no cost, or
- Issue a full refund
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number. If approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of approval
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable

- Final sale items
- Gift cards
A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply to eligible returns and will be disclosed prior to return approval.
