2. Custom Orders & Proof Approval

All custom orders require a design proof to be reviewed and approved prior to production.

Production will not begin until approval is received.

Customers are responsible for verifying all details, including spelling, dates, and design layout.

Once approved, the design cannot be changed.

3. Production & Turnaround Time

Turnaround times vary depending on order size and complexity. Estimated production times begin after proof approval. Delays may occur during high-volume periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payments

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is not paid in full.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final on personalized or custom items.

Orders may be canceled only before proof approval and production begins.

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within [X] days, subject to approval.

6. Errors & Damages

If an error is made by CarvingTree..art, we will remake or replace the item at no additional cost.
We are not responsible for errors approved in the final proof or for incorrect information submitted by the customer.

7. Materials & Natural Variations

Many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood. Variations in grain, color, and engraving contrast are normal and are not considered defects.

8. Customer-Supplied Items

We may accept customer-supplied items for engraving at our discretion.

We are not responsible for damage, defects, or unexpected results during the engraving process.

No guarantees are made regarding outcome on supplied materials.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any logos, images, or designs submitted.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright or trademark laws.

10. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
