Step 3 — Pick it up or receive it Most personal gift orders are ready within 3–5 business days. Need it faster? Ask — we'll do our best to make it work.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my own photo or artwork? In most cases, yes. Send us a clear image and we'll convert it for engraving. Logos, drawings, signatures, portraits — we work with all of it. The image needs to be very good quality.
Can I put something handwritten on it? Absolutely. Send us a photo of the handwriting and we can engrave it exactly as written. One of our most popular requests.
How do I know what it'll look like before you make it? We always send a digital proof for approval before we engrave. You won't be surprised — only delighted.
What's the fastest you can turn something around? For simple text orders we can often do same-day or next-day. Complex custom artwork takes a little longer. Just tell us your deadline and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Do you do gift wrapping or packaging? We can include simple gift-ready packaging. Ask when you place your order.
