Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I order? We recommend reaching out at least 6–8 weeks before your wedding date, especially for orders over 50 pieces. That said, we'll always try to accommodate — just ask.
What's the minimum order quantity? We can do as few as one piece — but most wedding favor orders start at 25–50 pieces. The more you order, the better the per-piece price.
Can I bring my own items to engrave? Absolutely. If you've already purchased tumblers, glasses, or other items you love, bring them in and we'll make them your own.
Can I see a sample before committing? Yes. We can create a single proof piece so you can hold it, feel it, and approve it before we run the full order.
Do you ship? We primarily serve Central Louisiana but can arrange shipping for larger orders. Ask during your consultation.
